Manage stress - increase resilience - return control

When we are stressed, we become mentally and physiologically drained.  This impacts our concentration, memory, relationships. sleep and health. We can't stop the automatic stress triggers but we can better manage our reactions and responses. How many times have we said or done something that later, with hindsight, we regret?   Learining how to quickly reset and rebalance our emotions and pace our energy levels immediately reduces stress to make us more resilient to the pressures of today. 

Workshop 1 - Participants learn about their sources of resilience and develop self-awareness of what drains and renews their inner battery. This is followed by learning and mastering a series of simple, fast and powerful coherence self-regulation techniques designed to be used in real-time, on the move, in meetings, whenever and wherever needed, putting them back in control.

Attendees will have the opportunity to use the Inner Balance™ BioFeedback technologies to see how they can intentionally change their physiology and state.

Workshop 2This begins with a discussion of people’s experiences including “the differences” they have noticed in their emotions, feelings, thoughts, behaviours, relationships and general day to day life. Participants then experience a series of strategic HeartMath coherence techniques for effective communication, creativity/problem solving and project planning. This is invaluable for business today with the increasing demands and deadlines.
