Introduction to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

Posted on behalf of Pioneering Change

NLP is considered to be the user manual for the brain.  Learning how to utilise the power of our human system to its full potential can benefit everyone wanting to create change in life or business.  NLP has advanced over the years and is based around modelling successful human behaviours.  It brings together over 50 years+ of study and trial to demonstrate how people can generate specific outcomes by following simple procedures.  Understanding how the brain works to store, retrieve and run programs to make life easier unlocks the potential to change these for more adaptive and productive programs.  The language that people use on the inside has an instant effect on how they perceive reality and their current situation, change the language, change the situation.  NLP also allows people to interact with others on a different level because it teaches people how to read others through body language, tone of voice and eye movements leading to deeper relationships and better outcomes.  Think of NLP like the language of deep influence, by-passing resistance and finding solutions to the daily problems that occur through misunderstanding and miscommunication.

If you would like to generate more productive behaviours, learn how to communicate effectively and at a deeper level, develop the knowledge of how to read others, become more influential in your circle, find balance within yourself and discover the tools and skills to help you help others create change... then this intro will give you a brief insight into the powerful knowledge found within NLP.
